This 5.5hp Johnson is a Short shaft, tiller, manual start, 2 cylinder, 2 stroke outboard boat motor. This is a great opportunity to have a great running outboard inexpensively. This would make a nice outboard for your portable boat, inflatable, canoe, aluminum jon boat, or any other small craft that can handle a 55lbs 5.5 hp outboard boat motor. The gas tank and motor stand on wheels comes along with the motor.
I got this motor with a boat that I recently purchased but already have a different motor that I intend to use. The previous owner, which I have know for several years, said that it ran good and was well maintained. The motor is very clean and all the parts are well oiled and free moving. The paint job is original and has minor fading and scratches.
It is a 15" Shaft, Two Stroke(55lbs), Great Motor!
